Terms & conditions
Overview
These Terms & Conditions explain how appointments are booked, managed, and delivered at Restore Physiotherapy Beverley. By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Appointments and booking
Appointments can be booked via the online booking system or by direct contact.
An appointment is only confirmed once you receive confirmation via the booking system or email.
We reserve the right to decline a booking if it is not clinically appropriate.
Cancellation policy
No charge will be made for appointments cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
Late arrival
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it may not be possible for the appointment to proceed, and in some cases we may be unable to carry out the session. This is particularly important for initial assessments, where sufficient time is required to complete a safe and meaningful evaluation. Alternatively, the appointment may need to be shortened in order to avoid delays to other patients.
We will always do our best to accommodate you where possible, as we understand that delays can occasionally be unavoidable. No partial refunds will be issued for shortened or missed appointments due to late arrival.
Clinical suitability
All treatment is provided based on clinical assessment and professional judgement. If it is determined during assessment that physiotherapy is not appropriate or that onward referral is required, this will be discussed with you.
Patient responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your health, symptoms, and medical history. This information is essential to ensure safe and effective treatment.
Payment
Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking or prior to your appointment. Payment may be required at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
Use of clinical systems
Patient information and clinical records may be stored securely using approved clinical systems including Cliniko and Physitrack for the purposes of assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation support.
Liability
Whilst every effort is made to provide safe and effective treatment, physiotherapy involves clinical judgement and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on this website.
