Treatments

Clear, targeted treatment for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions

My approach is centred on evidence-based practice, combining thorough assessment, hands-on treatment where appropriate, and tailored rehabilitation to help people recover from injury, manage pain, and achieve their goals.

Your symptoms might have started recently, or they may have been present on and off for weeks, months, or even longer. Some people attend following a specific injury, while others notice symptoms developing over time without a clear cause, gradually affecting daily life, or simply never fully settling. Whatever the history, physiotherapy can help you move forward and return to normal activity.

Who I treat:

Restore Physiotherapy provides assessment and treatment for adults aged 18 and over. As an independent practitioner, I specialise in adult musculoskeletal physiotherapy and do not offer physiotherapy services for children or young people.
